APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone at (727) 312-5000, or requested via email at westhaushairstudio@gmail.com. We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to secure a date and time you find most convenient for your schedule.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
We completely understand if you need to cancel an appointment. Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice via phone (727) 312-5000.
Westhaus allows one appointment no show. Any subsequent appointment no show/no call will require payment of 50% of the total cost of the missed appointment before any new appointment can be booked.
adjustment Policy
At WestHaus our policy is that we do not offer refunds on hair services. All services are guaranteed and your satisfaction is our highest priority. In the event that you are not satisfied, we would like the opportunity to exceed your expectations and offer an adjustment. Color adjustments must be done by the original stylist that performed your service and within 14 days of the original appointment. After 14 days you are subject to a color service fee.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES
ALL SALES FOR SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE.
Hair extension orders are a special order & therefore payment is required in full to secure your Hair Purchase & SCHEDULING install appointment. Failure to provide 48-HOUR notice of cancellation for the initial install appointment will result in A 50% cancelation fee. The cancelation deposit for the services will be credited provided the appointment is kept on the date rescheduled. However, if the alternative appointment is not kept, the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
However, since you have paid for the hair, it is your property, and you may take possession only after all payment requirements have been met in accordance with salon cancelation policies are adhered.
WEDDING AND SPECIAL OCCASION APPOINTMENTS
WestHaus Color & Extension Studio salon loves helping clients prepare for special occasions. A credit card is required to reserve any special occasion hair or makeup appointment. Cancelling in under 24 hours prior or no-showing for the appointment will result your being charged for the amount equal to the service.
MEDICAL CONDITION DISCLOSURES
When engaging in any of our services, please inform staff of any medical conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, extreme skin sensitivities, allergies and any medications.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING RECOMMENDATIONS
Robes are provided for our guests to change into for all chemical treatments. Please be advised that WestHaus Color & Extension Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
